These beautiful teardrop stitch markers are handmade in Japan from quality glass seed beads. MIYUKI's unique manufacturing process produces these stunning colours that give a subtle shimmer on your needle as you work. Pretty, yet practical, these markers are lightweight, won't snag your yarn and can accommodate a wide range of needle sizes. The set comes with 12 rings in the colour of your choice. Please note these are not attracted to magnets.

The simplicity of this design, combined with the luxurious quality of the leather and flawless craftsmanship, lends this tote its timeless elegance. Handcrafted in Ukraine from matte black Crazy Horse Leather and adorned with contrasting vachetta straps, it goes with just about anything! The straps are attached with brass rivets (without stitches, just like the bag) for a more casual style.

Inside, you will find generous space for your knitting project and accessories, including an ample inner pocket for easy access to your essentials. The inner walls of the bag are unlined, leaving the underside of the velvety leather exposed.

We recommend to use a pin or removable stitch marker to secure it to your garment and try it on before sewing, so that you can be sure it's exactly where you want it.

The inner bowl shows the gorgeous cork in its natural beauty, while the outer shell is dyed a subtle light grey with all natural vegetable dyes. We've adorned them with our T&M maple leaf emblem on the front :)

Cork is an ultra durable, long-lasting material, water-resistant, lightweight and easy to clean. Best of all, it's 100% sustainable and biodegradable. It is harvested from the bark of an oak tree without damaging the tree itself. A single oak tree lives up to 200 years and can be harvested more than 16 times! Portuguese cork meets the highest standards of quality and is harvested responsibly, with local laws stipulating that a harvested oak be left untouched for 9 years to flourish and regrow its bark. These impressive oaks grow to be enormous and help to clean the air, making cork production very environmentally friendly.

At 8.5x11� (22x28 cm), this leather envelope is also perfect for safekeeping printed patterns, photos, or important documents.

If you'll be using the envelope as gift wrap for your hand-knit: hats, socks, mittens, baby items, and fingering-weight or finer cowls and shawls will fit beautifully. If you're not sure, here's a good way to gauge whether your item will fit:

1. Place an A4 (8.5 x 11") piece of paper on a flat surface
2. Fold your knitted item and place it on top of the paper, so that there is about 1/2" of white showing behind it on all sides
3. Measure the height of the folded piece. If it's 3" or less, you're good!

Each envelope comes with two detachable leather tags: one beautifully scripted tag reads "Handmade with Love" for the gift-givers out there. The second is embossed with the Thread & Maple logo.
