We’ve teamed up once more with Stephanie Sanders, the indie dyer behind our sister company Scrumptiouspurl (and Sam's mom!) to create this festive limited edition holiday advent kit.

Our On the Go is decked out in a merry red colourway, complete with mini scissors, tapestry needles and steel ring stitch markers.

Stephanie has specially dyed up a positively adorable 24-skein self-striping set, especially made to knit 24 teeny tiny socks to adorn the tree!

It was not originally designed to fit a specific needle set, but was instead designed to fit all the spares of your favorite sizes.

These interchangeable knitting needle cases are designed specifically for Dyakcraft needle sets. These cases are very compact and portable, folding in half with rotating snaps for a quick on the go needles kit. They also lay flat with the closure snaps neatly tucked, to be inserted as a page into the Needle Binder, to keep your Dyakcraft interchangeable knitting needles together with the rest of your needle collection. Another neat feature is the case can also be folded backwards and made to stand.

Please note that this product is not affiliated nor associated with the Dyakcraft brand. We simply designed the needle slots to fit their most popular sets, but any interchangeable needles will work if the sizes/number of tips correspond :)

Tool Fit

Each basket has 5 magnetic spots under the lid to fit up to 5 notions cases:

1) Maple tape measure (please note that only tape measures with enough metallic content will stick to the magnet). This spot is reinforced with two magnets to help, as the tape measure is heavier and can slip off more easily.

2) Scissors sheath

3) Stitch markers case

4) Tapestry needles slip (one spot can hold 2 of these)

5) Cable needle case

All spots (except the tape measure) are identical in magnetic pull and can be used interchangeably with any of the notions cases (ie you can place an extra pair of scissors in place of a cable needle case for example).

The Mini Binder brings the flexibility of our full format binder system to a smaller, more portable format—perfect for retreats, travel, or focused projects on the go. This handcrafted leather shell fits up to three Mini Pages and features:

• A row of narrow slip pockets for your sock DPNs or cable needles
• Four tiny holes to keep tapestry needles and cable keys safely tucked away
• Dedicated slots for fixed circulars
• A gusseted zippered pocket to stow notions
• Two inner slip pockets inside each panel for papers or rulers
• A large zippered pocket at the back for added storage
• An elastic loop to hold a pen or your favorite crochet hook
• Two leather binder straps that snap open and closed for easy page swapping

Best of all, it’s fully compatible with any of our velcro tabs—so you can bring your favorite interchangeable needle sets or crochet hooks from your full-size binder along for the ride.

While full-format Needle or Crochet Binder pages won’t snap into place in the Mini Binder, you can fold one in and slip it inside for temporary storage—it fits perfectly.
