We ship worldwide. U.S. orders may ship from two locations depending on inventory availability. Canadian and international orders ship from our Canada warehouse.

🇨🇦 Canada Orders

All Canadian orders ship from Quebec, Canada via Canada Post or FedEx. Available options are displayed at checkout.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
  • Flat rates: $10–$20 CAD depending on parcel size
  • Free shipping: Orders $250 CAD+

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders

Provided inventory is available, US orders will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Shipping from Our U.S. Warehouse (New York)

  • Ships from: New York
  • Carrier: USPS
  • No customs processing
  • No duties or tariffs
  • Flat rate: $15 USD
  • Free shipping: Orders $250 USD+

Shipping from Our Canada Warehouse (Montreal)

If an item is not available in the U.S., it will ship from Montreal via Canada Post + USPS or FedEx.

  • Parcel passes through customs
  • All U.S. duties and tariffs are pre-paid by us — you won’t pay anything extra on delivery
  • Flat rate: $15 USD
  • Free shipping: Orders $250 USD+
  • Estimated transit time: 1–2 weeks

What you see at checkout is your final U.S. price — no surprise fees.

Split Shipments

If part of your order is available in the U.S. and part in Canada, checkout will clearly show each shipment’s origin. Free shipping still applies on orders $250 USD+.

🌍 International Orders

All international orders ship from Canada via Canada Post or UPS. Rates and delivery options are shown at checkout.

  • Typical delivery: 2–3 weeks depending on location
  • Free shipping: Orders $500 CAD+ to UK, EU, AU and NZ only

Important: International customers (outside U.S. & Canada) are responsible for VAT, import duties, or customs fees that may be charged by their local government. These fees are not controlled by us and are collected by your country’s customs authority.

USA $15 USD flat rate. Free on orders $250 USD+
Canada $10–$20 CAD. Free on orders $250 CAD+
International Calculated at checkout. Free on $500 CAD+ (UK/EU/AU/NZ only)

Returns & Exchanges

Our priority is for you to have a wonderful experience with us. If you're not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 45 days of your order date.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error, the item is defective, or it is covered under our Warranty.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Taxes & Duties

Canada: We collect GST/HST as required by Canadian law based on your province:

• 5% (GST) in AB, BC, MB, NT, NU, QC, SK, YT
• 13% (HST) in ON
• 15% (HST) in NB, NL, NS, PE

United States: There are no additional tariffs or duties to pay. If your order ships from Canada, any applicable U.S. duties are prepaid by us.

Sales tax is collected only in states where required by law. Sales tax applies to New York orders.

International (Outside U.S. & Canada): We do not collect VAT, import duties, or customs fees. These may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
