Sac Pop-up En Cuir

So I am obsessed with this little bag! Now, I have the telescopic tote, which I love for sweater projects, but my new sock knitting addiction means smaller projects. Hubby is very understanding and supportive of my passion, and has a continual eBay search. He found this, and knowing I love Whiskey and Camel colors, he got it for me! It goes everywhere with me, and holds a full skein of yarn, the socks, and the project binder (and my phone, wallet, keys and sunglasses). It is so stylish and cute!

Been on the lookout for a project bag for years and I'm so happy to have found this one! Gorgeous little bag, opens easy and has nothing for my yarn to catch onto. The leather is thick and sturdy, the bag holds onto its shape, protecting my project from getting mashed around. I've been working on a 3 color sock (one regular ball and two 20g mini balls) and it fits in here perfectly. Now I'm eyeing the tote for larger projects...

I must comment on the excellent customer service. I had bought the bag at my LYS and decided I wanted the longer strap and I wanted it by the time I was going to Knit City.
Laura checked my shipping choice and the dates and said the strap would arrive two days before I was going (It arrived 2 days earlier than the expected date!) and she caught that I had ordered the wrong colour of metal finishing on my strap - it was silver and the metal on my bag was brass. She messaged me and checked to see which I really wanted and I was so relieved that she had!

Love, love, love my new bag. The leather is so soft and the way it opens wide at the top it is so easy to put things in and get things out. I purchased the extra long strap to be able to wear it cross body.

This is a perfect size for small projects for travel and use as a purse at the same time.

It’s nice. I’ll use it for socks or maybe a very small shawl or head scarf. If it were 2 to 3 inches wider and taller it would’ve been much more useful. I didn’t want to buy a large tote.
But I like all the maple and thread product because it is made to last.

Excellent bag. Brought it on a recent trip to London. It is the perfect size for small projects; however, it is also a great purse for travel.

I love this bag. It is just the right size to carry a small knitting project in style. I ordered it in 'denim' color ( I think blue) . But doesn't look like it, looks more like some shade of green.

I am changing my review to 4 stars....for now. Customer service reached out to me very quickly and we are working out a solution to the "Color Oops". The bag itself is FANTASTIC, just I am not a fan of green, especially for something I will be using on a daily basis. I will re-grade my review after we have all the details ironed out. I will continue ordering from Thread and Maple dye to their stellar customer service!

While I really love the style and quality of the bag, I am APPALLED by the color! I ordered "Denim" which looks blue on EVERY screen I've admired this bag on, however, it arrived being "GREEN"!! I HATE. The color green!! I own nothing green and can't see myself ever using this! And, having to pay return postage to Canada to return it I feel stuck!! Any other color would have been acceptable but seriously, green??? Yuck, just yuck.

I love this little bag, it’s big enough to keep a sock project in, and the closure being folded means you can stuff it even fuller if you want to! The leather is lovely and soft and the leather strap I bought alongside it is a great cross body option.

I love this bag - it almost perfect to use as a purse. And the leather is gorgeous!

I love this bag for a knitting project or just for a small purse. It’s deceiving how much it can hold. It’s soft & the color is beautiful. I got the extra strap & I love it. The best part of this bag is when you’re knitting it just sits flat & open. You won’t regret this purchase.

I love the quality of T&M's leather products and this little bag is no exception. The denim blue coordinates nicely with the Boundless Bag I purchased in Midnight.
