I purchased a cuff of your's from Koigu of Canada. It has holes and the snap, but it doesn't seem to function but for the smallest of ways to close it (like maybe useful only for a cobweb lace shawl). The holes are NOT able to be used at all to adjust the size, because it doesn't allow any kind of closure using any of the holes (leather is too thick, or snap is too short to connect). I was hoping to come to your website and find some directions. Thank you for taking the time to read and reply when you have a chance.
