Purchased this to hold a spare set of interchangeables. It's a bit tight, but it works perfectly considering that wasnt it's intention.
I love this. My cable needles are too short for it but I will get longer ones eventually.
It’s a bit snug for the bamboo cable needle sold on this site (which is a good cable needle), but it’s rather bulky. I attach it to a magnetic maker’s board for access, but since it’s so tight, it’s a bit finicky to get the cable needle in and out… definitely a two handed operation.

I am using this for my sock knitting bag. For travel knitting, I use 9 inch circular needles for my sock knitting for heels and cries this means dpns are needed. I have a set of four inch dpns and store the set in my cable pouch and toss on my knitting bag. Perfection!!!

It makes it easier to find my crochet hook in my notions bag and the magnetic back is always where I find my tool for tightening my cables on my interchangeable needles.
