Leather Care Guide
For minor nicks and scratches, gently wipe the leather in a circular motion using a slightly damp, soft cloth or a wool felt buffer pad.
For advanced care, treat the leather with leather soap and wax for deep cleaning and conditioning. A complete Leather Care Kit and individual wool felt buffer pads are available for purchase.
Note that our Rose-colored crazy horse leather doesn't respond well to this treatment, so it's best to use a simple, very damp cloth on those items.

I want a spare needle page but I can’t find one without needle sizes embossed and I couldn’t store a 4mm needle tip in a 4.5 slot do you have a suggestion please.

The tabs are embossed as a guide for the sizes the elastic can securely hold; as you’ve experienced, a 4.5mm slot is wider than a 4mm needle, and without that specific tension, it might slip. I initially saw you as a vendor in marketplace on vkl during the pandemic. I love my binder and happy to see your new page for extra needle tips however I am disappointed that you have not included 3 mm once again. I guess that I expected that as you are a Cdn company.

What is the difference between mini Rolodex and snap pocket?

Hi Karen, Mini Rodolex: Includes an integrated rolodex-style system with 4 zip-lock sheaths for cables, which can be labeled with stickers (included) for easy reference. It also has a small zip pocket for connectors and keys. The Snap Page: Features a large snap pocket for ample storage of cords, stoppers, connectors, and keys. You can optionally add zip-lock sheaths for better cable organization and labeling, but these are sold separately.

I have the jumbo knitting binder I just received and love it. What size would I buy for my binder? I don't understand the S-M-L-XL sizes?

Hi Vanessa! The sizes for the spare tips page refer to the needle tips sizes (if you click on the size chart icon on the top right, you'll see them there). Ie S has 2 slots for US 2 and 3 slots each for US 3, 4, 5 needle tips. All binder pages are physically the same size and fit in both the Regular and Jumbo Needle/Crochet Binders :)
