Welcome Friends! We’re excited to invite you to take part in the 2025 Knit for the Girls (KFTG) fundraiser, happening October 23–31, 2025, now in its 5th year! 🎉
Thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised over $212,000 CAD ($155,000 USD) over the last four years of fundraising for breast cancer research—half supporting groundbreaking efforts in the US and Canada and the other half funding life-saving research in Australia.
Breast cancer has touched nearly all of us—whether personally or through someone we love. Through this fundraiser, our fiber arts community can come together to support research that saves lives.
This Year’s Event

From October 23-31st, everyone who makes a donation of $5 or more to our Breast Cancer Canada Fundraiser will be entered into daily and grand prize raffle draws to win one of dozens of fiber-tastic prizes - made possible with donations from dozens of generous sponsors in our community! This year, we have a whopping 83 sponsors - listed below - so our prize pool is positively overflowing with incredible goodies!
Here's what we've got going on:

✨ Over a dozen grand prizes drawing from list of all donors October 31st, featuring luxurious accessories, patterns and yarn bundles of North America's Finest Indie Dyers
✨ A new limited edition 2025 'Knit for the Girls' bundle, available for purchase at 12noon EDT Thursday, 30th October here in our shop, with $25USD/$30CAD from the sale of each bundle donated to Breast Cancer Canada. The bundles will also available for purchase in the Louie & Lola Yarns and Grocery Girls online stores.
