Just what I was looking for

I was looking for a basket to corral my knitting notions, lotion, etc, and it needed to fit in a 12"x12" cubbyhole. Another basket that is the most perfect fit! It fits in the spot, and is low enough I can reach in and find whatever I need. LOVE IT!

I’ve sent 2 emails regarding a problem

I am beyond disappointed with my order. The lid you sent is 2” too large and is clearly not the correct one for the basket. I already own this basket so I know how it should fit. There is no phone number to contact customer service, so unless someone responds to me, I guess this will not be resolved. I would have loved the basket if it came the way it should have. This basket is $82.00 plus $12.00 shipping. If I shared a photo on Instagram, no one would ever order it, so I won’t do that. But no, I am not happy and wish I could give this purchase 0 stars.

Nook 12” non-magnetic basket

I am living my Nook basket. And Snowflake, my cat has already checked it out. I am pleased to report he approves and it is doing a wonderful job keeping both yarn and needles contained and from becoming a new cat toy. Even my husband commented about how nice it looks in the coffee table. Prompt service, and a beautiful product, packaged with love. Thank you.
