Il est livré avec une broche et une pince métallique dans un emballage sans plastique, accompagné d’une housse en tissu protectrice pour un rangement facile.

It wound by yarn in a messy cake. It took me hours to get it untangled. It's a beautiful piece, which is why I gave it 2 stars.

My new winder which I love will not slide up and down at all it’s solid. Not even with oil. It’s a Xmas gift to me from my sons. They are disappointed and I really hope it doesn’t need sent back. Watched the video. Followed all steps and no Allen key was with it either. I looked everywhere. Please let me know why it won’t slide.

Hi Sandy! Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA on the winders.. We're waiting on a restock from Lykke but they are having supply chain issues, so they are unable to provide us with a timeline :(
