These cases are very compact and portable, folding in half with rotating snaps for a quick on the go needles kit. They also lay flat with the closure snaps neatly tucked, to be inserted as a page into the Needle Binder, to keep your Lantern Moon interchangeable knitting needles together with the rest of your needle collection. Another neat feature is the case can also be folded backwards and made to stand.
Please note that this product is not affiliated nor associated with the Lantern Moon brand. We simply designed the needle slots to fit their most popular sets, but any interchangeable needles will work if the sizes/number of tips correspond :)

Would this page for the lantern moon needles accommodate the Lantern Moon, Ebony crochet hooks by chance? If so, would I choose the medium or large size? I would love to protect my beautiful Ebony crochet hooks so they don’t get crushed in the soft carrier in which they were purchased. I currently own the 4.0 mm-10 mm crochet hooks. Hi Jill, No, this page wouldn’t be a good fit for the Lantern Moon Ebony crochet hooks. The recommendation would be the Lykke Crochet Page, either the Standard or Interchangeable version, depending on your preference.
My lantern moon heirloom set has ten sizes, the current page only fits 9. That is why I’m wondering if there will be a page that will fit my set so I don’t have a set of needle tips not in a slot.
Hi Kim, Thank you for pointing that out, and you’re absolutely right — I missed one slot! For your Lantern Moon Heirloom set, I’d recommend going with Tab Q1, which holds 7 tips from 3 mm to 5 mm, and Tab O, which holds 4 tips from 5.5 mm to 8 mm. That will give you a slot for each of your 10 sizes (a 6.5 mm slot will be empty). And a Page 1 Zip Pocket.
Just a heads-up: the sizes won’t flow perfectly from one tab to the next, as Tab Q1 is ordered from smallest to largest, while Tab O goes from largest to smallest — but all your tips will still fit neatly.

Will there be a Lantern Moon page that will fit the Heirloom interchangeable set? It included 3.0, 3.25, 3.5, 3.75, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, & 8.0mm needles.
Hi Kim, Yes, you can refer to the size chart on the product page — it shows that the Large Lantern Moon page will accommodate the sizes included in your Heirloom interchangeable set for 9 tips from 3 to 8 mm.

I have the lantern moon US 2.5 - US 6. The size chart says I need a large but the photo show that this only goes down to a US 3. I’m confused.
Hi Anita ,I think what might be happening is that the photo showing up for you doesn’t match the option you've selected. The size chart is accurate, and when the correct configuration is chosen, the photo should update to reflect the proper sizes — including US 2.5.

What is the difference between the snap closure and the rolodex?
Hi Kate, Mini Rodolex: Includes an integrated rolodex-style system with 4 zip-lock sheaths for cables, which can be labeled with stickers (included) for easy reference. It also has a small zip pocket for connectors and keys. The Snap Page: Features a large snap pocket for ample storage of cords, stoppers, connectors, and keys. You can optionally add zip-lock sheaths for better cable organization and labeling, but these are sold separately.
What needle sizes does the large size cover? I have 5 inch tips and the larger set?
Hi Cindy, the large size covers the following needle sizes: US 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 3.0mm, 3.25mm, 3.5mm, 3.75mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm.
