The Mini Binder brings the flexibility of our full format binder system to a smaller, more portable format—perfect for retreats, travel, or focused projects on the go. This handcrafted leather shell fits up to three Mini Pages and features:

A row of narrow slip pockets for your sock DPNs or cable needles
Four tiny holes to keep tapestry needles and cable keys safely tucked away
Dedicated slots for fixed circulars
A gusseted zippered pocket to stow notions
Two inner slip pockets inside each panel for papers or rulers
A large zippered pocket at the back for added storage
An elastic loop to hold a pen or your favorite crochet hook
Two leather binder straps that snap open and closed for easy page swapping

Best of all, it’s fully compatible with any of our velcro tabs—so you can bring your favorite interchangeable needle sets or crochet hooks from your full-size binder along for the ride.

While full-format Needle or Crochet Binder pages won’t snap into place in the Mini Binder, you can fold one in and slip it inside for temporary storage—it fits perfectly.

FAQs

The mini binder casing/shell is sold on its own, mini pages are sold separately. The mini binder comes with 2 leather binder rings used to thread the pages through and a wool felt pad for buffing out any scratches in the leather to keep your binder looking fabulous. The binder is packaged in a T&M drawstring cotton pouch.

All full-format binders are the same in physical length/width, only differing in the thickness of the spine. The regular can fit up to 4 pages and the jumbo has a wider spine and longer flap to allow it to be filled with up to 7 pages. The mini binder is about half the length of the full-format binders and can fit up to 3 mini pages. Mini pages are similar to full-format pages, but have the metallic loops positioned differently and only fit in the Mini Binder.

The maximum pages your binder will hold depends on your page selection. Some pages, such as the full-format Cables Organizer, or pages for ergonomic grip hooks are bulkier and will take up more space, reducing your binder capacity by 1-2 pages.

The binder that will fit the most pages is the Crochet Binder in jumbo. Its spine is wider than the jumbo Needle Binder to account for crocheters needing to store more bulky ergo grip tools.

Our leather workshop is located in Ukraine and we have thus been affected by the awful events unfolding there. While our team remains safe and continue working, we have a challenge receiving parcels from them due to the air space being closed.

Currently, we only offer 2 colors of the binder and most pages. Managing inventory of this item is difficult, due to the myriad of components and options, so adding a new color comes with challenges for us as a small business with limited physical space. We only offer select pages, such as the Notions Page and Project Page in other colors, since these pages tend to live outside the binder shell. If we do add another color, it will be based on popularity of these page colors and not before the 2024 holiday season.
