We ship U.S. orders from two locations, depending on where inventory is available. You’ll always see exactly where your order is shipping from at checkout.

🇺🇸 Shipping from Our U.S. Warehouse (New York)

When inventory is available in our U.S. warehouse, your order ships domestically via USPS.

• Ships from: New York
• Shipping method: USPS (domestic U.S. shipping)
• No customs processing
• No duties or tariffs
• Flat rate: $15 USD
• Free shipping: Orders $250 USD+

🇨🇦 Shipping from Our Canada Warehouse (Montreal)

If an item is not available in the U.S., it will ship from our Canadian warehouse via Canada Post + USPS.

• Ships from: Montreal, Canada
• Parcel passes through customs (all paperwork is prepared by us, no hassle for you)
• All duties and tariffs are pre-paid by us (you won’t pay anything extra on delivery)
• Flat rate: $15 USD
• Free shipping: Orders $250 USD+
• Estimated transit time: 1–2 weeks (depending on location)

What you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise fees.

Split Shipments (Sometimes!)

Occasionally, part of your order may be available in the U.S. and part in Canada. When that happens:

• You’ll see the option to ship from both locations at checkout
• Each shipment will be clearly labeled by origin
• Shipping costs remain transparent
• Free shipping still applies on orders $250 USD+

How You’ll Know Where Your Order Ships From

At checkout, your shipping option will clearly state the origin, for example:

• US Warehouse / USPS
• Canada / USPS
