Olga is the co-founder and CEO of Thread & Maple, where she pours her energy into creating thoughtful organizers, project bags, and tools for knitters and crocheters. She wears many hats in the business—working on new product ideas with artisans, building relationships with partner shops, fine-tuning the online experience, and making sure every detail of the customer journey feels seamless and welcoming.

Before starting Thread & Maple, Olga spent a decade in the iGaming industry, leading projects in marketing, management, and business intelligence. That background gave her a love of data and systems, which she now blends with creativity and community to grow Thread & Maple. She’s as comfortable digging into analytics dashboards as she is brainstorming new ways to support knitters in their craft.

What excites her most is bringing makers together—whether through collaborative products, educational content, or community fundraisers like Knit for the Girls.
