Amy is a social media strategist, community manager, and storyteller dedicated to creating and supporting kind, engaged, and vibrant communities. She combines strategy and creativity to help brands foster genuine connections and turn followers into active participants.
As the voice behind Thread & Maple’s warm and welcoming online presence, Amy helps knitters discover beautiful, functional tools while nurturing a community around the joy of making. She also serves as a community ambassador for Paradox Interactive’s Stellaris, where she engages with players across the galaxy -- sparking conversation, sharing updates, and celebrating one of gaming’s most passionate fanbases.
When she’s not checking up on her communities, Amy is usually curled up on the couch with her Vizsla, Argos, working on one (or three) knitting projects at a time. She loves testing new recipes, singing along to her favorite elder emo anthems on long drives, and finding joy in learning new knitting techniques -- even if it means frogging a few rows along the way.
