It comes fully stocked with 3 essential notions: a pair of tapestry needles, mini scissors and steel ring stitch markers. About the size of a credit card, it snaps shut with discreet magnets, keeping your tiny essentials secure. It contains one zip and two inner pockets for any other small items that you frequently use on the go (like small stitch holders or mini tailor's tape for example).
