Pink Ribbon Fundraiser•
Posted on October 20 2021
Following our successful Go PINK campaign in June of this year, we've once again teamed up with Karina Moore founder of Louie & Lola Yarns in Australia and knitwear designer Tracie Millar to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research 🎗️
Together, we've created a beautiful new Pink Ribbon Bundle, for which Tracie has specially designed a gorgeous new cowl called 'Autumn Stripes'. Karina has dyed up a delicate rosy palette for Tracie's design in Guava, Champaigne and Goldfinch Merino Fingering. To complete the kit, we've created a limited edition Rose Leather Pochette, embossed with the breast cancer ribbon emblem.
The Pink Ribbon Bundles are $225.00 CAD and go on sale in both Thread & Maple and Louie & Lola shops, Saturday October 30th at:
|12pm EDT||11am CDT||10am MDT||9am PDT|
We will donate $20 CAD to the Breast Cancer Research Fund from each sale, while Louie & Lola will be making the same donation to the Australian National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Starting Saturday, October 23rd, we will be running a week-long breast cancer research fundraiser, entering donors into daily raffles for some incredible prizes generously donated by our friends in the fiber arts community. The fundraiser will culminate in announcing two grand prize winners on the following Saturday, October 30th, drawn from all the donors who made a contribution during the week.
To enter our daily raffles and grand prize draw, simply make a donation of at least $5 to our BCRF fundraiser page between Saturday, October 23rd 12pm EST and Saturday, October 30th 12pm EST.
Due to popular demand, we are also bringing back our Go PINK bundles for those who missed them in June! Click here for details.
Thanks to a generous corporate donor, this month all donations to BCRF will be matched 2x, so our impact will be even more significant!
Thanks so much for your support!
