We've spent the winter hard at work trying to improve our shipping rates and options for our US & International customers. We must say, the effort was half selfish, as the sheer volume of "where's my order?" e-mails we've received was astounding and we just couldn't keep up. The lowest cost shipping option via Canada Post doesn't come with tracking either, so all these packages were just out there in the nether of the postal service web of delays and issues.

We negotiated our socks off with UPS and are thrilled to be able to offer tracked, reasonably priced shipping that doesn't take months!! US & International customers who've ordered from us in the past month might have noticed that you got your goodies much quicker than usual. We sure noticed, as our Inbox has suddenly become a quiet sanctuary! Ahhhh! All is well with the world!
