Once upon a time two friends dreamed of a notions organizer that would keep their stitch markers and tapestry needles from constantly getting lost. After countless phone calls, sketches, and prototypes, Thread & Maple was born.
Three years later that one exemplary notions clutch has turned into dozens of exquisite products made for knitters, by knitters. From our all-time customer favourite On the Go (how many do you have??) to our bespoke needle binder, we’ve worked with you and for you to turn your knitting organizational dreams into the beautiful hand-crafted products you see today.

Sadly due to the horrific situation in the Ukraine, the binder I desired was unavailable. I just became aware that it is now in stock and ordered a binder and two pages for my add I 2sets of my interchangeables
Will order additional pages as I reorganize my other needle sets

I first heard about you through an Espace Trucot vodcast with Mellisa and Lisa. I bought your needlees and notion leather bi- fold, and followed ip with several other pieces. I have a passion for unique hand crafted leather products. It is viewed in my heart as pieces to inherit for my children and grand children. They all see me using premium quality leather pretty much on a daily bases. All the best in yr 4 and onward.

I first discovered you on Insta when a friend posted her new Thread & Maple Boundless bag! Now I’m hooked! I have 3 different bags, the notions pouch and a wish list!
