In collaboration with Scrumptious Purl, we're excited to introduce this cheerful Confetti Cannon Bundle! We dressed our Classic Cork Project Bag for spring with tiny colourful speckles and Stephanie at Scrumptious Purl dyed up this fun limited edition Confetti Bomb colourway to match! 

This lovely yarn will produce a 6 stripe repeat with approximately 3-4 rows for each colour.

Size: 400 yd / 365m - 100 g
Base: 80% superwash merino wool and 20% nylon.
Gauge: Fingering weight. 26-30 stitches per 4"/10 cm on US 1-2 / 2.25-2.75 mm.

It measures 20cm (8 inches) tall, 36cm (14 inches) at its widest point and stands on its own with a 12cm (5 inch) deep flat base. It comfortably holds a medium-sized 4-5skein project, such as a light cardigan or scarf.

Inner Pocket: 19cm (3.5 inches) x 13cm (5 inches) [/size][#other]Care: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Simply dip a small hand towel or cleaning cloth into warm water and rub any marks off the cork surface. You can add a bit of soap to the water mixture if just water isn't enough. Alternatively you can also use baby wipes. Let it dry naturally and in a horizontal position so that it keeps its shape.

[#other]For the yarn: hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry. For the bag: as cork is a natural wood material, it can be susceptible to some cracking with long-term use. Applying cork sealant to the exposed cork helps to prevent it from drying out. We don't do this to our personal cork bags as we find that they uphold quite well, but if you live in a dry climate or feel that it's getting dried out, give cork sealant a try. You can find it in most shoe shops that carry cork footwear, like Birkenstocks or on Amazon.[/other]

Tool Fit

Each basket has 5 magnetic spots under the lid to fit up to 5 notions cases:

1) Maple tape measure (please note that only tape measures with enough metallic content will stick to the magnet). This spot is reinforced with two magnets to help, as the tape measure is heavier and can slip off more easily.

2) Scissors sheath

3) Stitch markers case

4) Tapestry needles slip (one spot can hold 2 of these)

5) Cable needle case

All spots (except the tape measure) are identical in magnetic pull and can be used interchangeably with any of the notions cases (ie you can place an extra pair of scissors in place of a cable needle case for example).
