Each item is carefully embossed with both the Thread & Maple and La Bien Aimée logos, making them true collector's items. But these aren’t just rare because of this anniversary event -- they are rare because they cannot be recreated. The Story Behind the Leather This beautiful, richly textured leather and vibrant colors were sourced from a specialty factory in Ukraine. In a heartbreaking turn, the factory was completely destroyed by a rocket strike in the ongoing war with Russia. Thankfully, the attack occurred in the middle of the night, and no lives were lost. While we’re beyond grateful for that, the facility itself was completely destroyed, along with its inventory and tools. Our team in Ukraine has confirmed that there is no way to source this exact leather in these colors again. What we have is all that remains. These pieces are not just beautiful -- they’re a tribute to resilience, creativity, and the incredible bond between makers across borders.
